Hello there
My name is Katie, nice to meet you. Quick bit about me, I'm a fully qualified clinical animal behaviourist and dog trainer with over 19 years of experience, vet recommended and also a parent. I’m a full member of APBC (Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors) and registered as a clinical animal behaviourist (CAB) with ABTC (Animal Behaviour and Training Council), and a full member of IAABC (International Association of Animal Behaviour Consultants) as well as a candidate member of the Fellowship of Animal Behaviour Clinicians (FABC) meaning you may be able to claim fees back from your pet insurance! I’m also a clinical animal behaviourist for a global animal welfare charity.
Why might you be needing a behaviourist?
Some of the common behaviour and training issues I get asked to help cats, dogs and other companion animals with are:
separation related problems
frustrations
aggression to people or conspecifics
multi pet and multi species households
excessive barking or vocalising
noise sensitivities
phobias, fears, anxieties
comPULsive behaviours and stereotypies
COGNITIVE DECLINE
toileting and litterbox issues
I can help you understand your pet better and get that behaviour change. How? Come and have a look around, then drop me an email and then let’s work together, online or in person.
